Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide only the highest quality skincare products. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following:

Returns:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

Exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof via WhatsApp at 8767374747 or email hbeautyluxuryskincare@gmail.com.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Hbeauty Luxury Skincare.
